Return/Exchange Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Process
Exchange orders are processed once the returned item is picked up. If your desired item is out of stock, our team will contact you for an alternative.

Returns & Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided if the payment is done only in Online Mode Of Transfer.
  • Store Credit is issued once the returned item is picked up from your location.
  • Each order is eligible for one return/exchange cycle.
  • The amount will not  be refunded in case of any any different product that does not match with the product details.
  • Orders made using Store Credit cannot be returned.

Damaged or Missing Items
Please report any damaged, defective, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery. Claims made after this window may not be accepted.
Use the provided link to upload photos and details — we'll guide you through the next steps, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Authority Clause
All final decisions on returns and refunds lie with the company.

Marketplace Orders
Products bought from third-party platforms (like Nykaa, Myntra) are not eligible for returns or exchanges via our website or store.

Reverse Pickup Unavailable?
If your location isn't eligible for pickup, you can self-ship the item. Once it passes quality check, you’ll get rest amount credited to your account

Store Credit Info

  • Issued within 24 hours after pickup.
  • Sent via email.
  • No expiry date.
  • Only the product amount is credited (shipping charges are excluded).

Order Cancellations

  • Cancel before shipping to avoid fees.
  • If canceled after dispatch, ₹180 will be deducted.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once shipped.

International Orders

  • You must self-ship returns, covering shipping & customs costs.
  • No reverse pickups available.
  • Store Credit or refund (product value only) will be issued.
  • No exchanges for international orders.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds take 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds are only applicable on the online payment.
  • Returns take 12–14 working days to reach us.
  • 1–2 days for quality check, followed by 2–3 days for internal processing.
  • Banks/portals may take an additional 2–3 days to reflect the refund.
  • A ₹200 fee will be deducted for refunds (not applicable for damaged items).
  • COD orders: Refunds via store credit only.
